Play Zone HD Model Pz-HDSDI provides ability to input, display and capture HD-SDI up to 1920 x 1080p via USB 2.0 interface. The driver free Pz-HDSDI Input module is detected as a standard webcam device by most operating systems, allowing it to be used by applications such as Skype, Google Hangouts, Twitch TV and more as a HDTV camera, 2 channel embedded audio is available as the microphone audio source when used with 3rd party applications.

The Pz-HD-SDI module serves as the HD-SDI video input when used with the PlayZone HD and Point-HD Surface Telestrators

PZ-HDSDI Overview

Playzone HD Pz-HDSDI is a compact device that enables HD-SDI up to 3G to be displayed and captured via USB 2.0 interface.

Pz-HDSDI can be used to monitor HD-SDI signals on a tablet or PC which is ideal for any video engineers toolkit, simply connect the device to any USB port and open VLC or any other application to display the HD SDI input and audio on channels 1 and 2.

Ideal for use with 3rd party applications such as Skype, Google Hangouts and more to feed HD-SDI video as a camera source. The Pz-HDSDI is powered by the USB slot and does not require any external power, signal LED indicators provide quick visual check of signal input, the device auto detects incoming video format and does not require any additional drivers to be installed
