Want to stream out to mobile phones, tablets and PC’s all at the same time?
With the PlayZone PHDX streamer, you can stream to various devices, including iPhone and iPads as well as PCs. The compact PHDX streaming unit, automatically provides a HLS stream which is accessible by iPhone / iPad and an RTMP stream for broadcasting across the network to other client PC’s and computers.
PHDX streamer when used with either the PZ-HDMI or PZ-HDSDI capture modules, enables video and audio from HDMI or HD-SDI broadcast cameras / players to be used as an input into the PHDX, which can then be streamed out.
Setup and operation is fairly easy on the PHDX, as all settings and control is via a web browser interface; simply enter a stream name / IP and click on Start to begin the broadcast.
PHDX can accept as an input, a stream URL from another streaming broadcast and rebroadcast that on a new IP/URL, ideal when there is a requirement to re-stream from one network to another.
The PHDX streamer can record at the same time as it streams out, connecting a USB storage record drive to the PHDX enables H264 encoded record files to be stored or played out.
